Note: Due to the massive amount of still photos, it may take a while to show up on your screen (but will be worth the wait). Many of these photos are vintage, unique Sweetwater, Johnny Tillotson, Chi Coltrane, Gene Clark (and other) performance and on-the-road/backstage shots. Most of the early publicity pix and live gig shots were taken by Annette Del Zoppo, Alex’s late sister, a professional photographer.
Others are “Kodak Instamatic” backstage/sidestage snaps from Alex. A few were taken by others. In these cases, photo credits will be given when the photographers are known. This collection will continually be added-to as the site grows. As this rare archive is slowly unearthed from Annette and Alex’s vast collection, individual items will be carefully cleaned, straightened or repaired if needed, scanned, titled (usually dated) and watermarked with the translucent ©ADZ ARCHIVE logo.
Note: Downloading any of these watermarked photos is prohibited, without express permission from Alex Del Zoppo. Feel free to download the ones which are not watermarked, but please be aware that downloading any of the watermarked ones without permission will result in prosecution. We’re not being jerks, simply ASK FIRST, if in doubt.
